It was important for the Found team that the new offering and brand ethos was clearly communicated, not just another comparison site, Found is a new concept in a saturated market; they deliver a customised and personalised experience when it comes to finding office space for rent in cities. To emphasise this, we split the site into two clear sections, 'find it for me', a landing experience that presents the values and explains the new offering, capped with a detailed contact form. As well as 'I'll find my own', a filtered comparison section that allows the user to explore an intuitive and straightforward UI and view high-res images of potential sites.

It was important that the site performed flawlessly on all devices and at all screen sizes so the mobile experience was considered at the very first stage of design and our engineering team worked tirelessly testing and iterating on all screen sizes to make sure the product responded to every type of user device and felt like as native app.

Once a user finds the perfect space for them, we take their details, then automatically log the request and forward to the team so they can take the enquiry to the next stage. The Found team are super happy with the results and are already seeing a high uptake in clients and bookings and we're excited to continue working with them as the project progresses.
